Roasted Carrots

I came up with this after I got tired of just baking carrots. All of the ingredients are "to taste" so adapt them to your and your family's taste.
1 to 2 lb carrots (depending on how many you want)
Dale's Seasoning (can substitute Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce)
Salt and pepper
Peel and cut up carrots into 3-4 inch length and halved or quartered depending on the thickness of the carrot. Pour Dale's Seasoning over the carrots. Salt and pepper them to taste. Add just enough water to the baking dish to cover the bottom. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. You can uncover them and cook them longer if you want them to be more brown.

I love Dale's Seasoning and use it on meats and vegetables. Many times, I use it in place or Worcestershire sauce. If you cannot find it in your supermarket, you could use Worcestershire sauceor soy sauce in its place.
