Crock Pot Cube Steak

Cube steak (I used a family size pack)
1 to 2 onions (depending on size and your personal preference)
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup (you can also use mushroom or celery soup)
1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine soups and water in small bowl. Place a layer of onion between layers of cube steak to keep the steaks from clumping together. Pour soup mixture over the meat and onion. (You can pour some of the soup between the steak layers if you prefer.) Cook on low all day (6-8 hours).
Serve over rice, noodles, mashed potatoes or with your favorite side dishes.
